New Scientist has posted close-up photographs of snowflakes by professor of physics Kenneth Libbrecht, who not only studies them, he creates designer snowflakes.

    Yah, I find the snow distracting.

    This is me testing the system, learning how to attach photos, etc so that I know what I’m doing by the time I announce my switch to wordpress.
